Post 47: Wed. 5/29 - Jimbocho, Idabashi, Pet Shrine

Went to Jimbocho, Pet Shrine, and the Go association building. It was pretty neat.

My hair is a clear barometer for humidity. I really loved how the yellow stayed in. For some reason I felt the color faded fast, but when I really look at it, it was a while before I went back to the hair salon….so that’s cool.

Made our way down to Idabashi to the pet shrine.

We prayed for Nausicaa and all the other pets. We bought an お守りfor Tucker’s safe travel back to the States. It is always really hard for me to go here, because I worry that Nausicaa thinks I left her behind. I love her dearly. When we went up, there were a couple people filming…I think a “how to” to instruct people what to do when they approach a shrine to pray.

We walked around a bit and walked to the Go Association building.

Loads of hydrangeas starting to come out on the way.

I loved the posters at the Go Association building.

Walk on the way to Jimbocho to get pictures of old books.

Shit-ton of amazing stuffed book stores.

Loads of great buildings and places to see on our walk.

I got stupid-hungry, so we went to Mos Burger.
