Day 11: Being Intentional
I forgot to post yesterday. Here it is:
Being deliberate on what you think about and how you think, begins the moment you wake up.
HOW you wake up and the first few things you do in the morning, will dictate your mood for the rest of the day and impacts productivity. It also impacts your mindset for the rest of the day.
Boost your mood, and be more deliberate for your whole day.
Assignment:
Plug smartphone in outside of your bedroom.
