Day 12: Stop snoozing, you silly bitch

This was about not hitting the snooze button. We are going to start getting into creating a morning routine.

Here are some of the top points:

  • Give yourself 10 min once waking up of not being on social media.

  • Never hit the snooze button.

  • When the alarm rings, get out of bed. Don’t sit there an marinate in those horrible thoughts

  • Also, do not reach over and tap the snooze on the phone. Reason why snoozing impacts your neurology.

  • Mind is storing memories…while sleeping.

My question was, doesn’t the first alarm jolt you awake the same as hitting the snooze?

No…because by the time your alarm is about to go off, your brain is already on it’s way to coming out of a sleep cycle. It’s already have been through a couple, and there is about a 2 hour window where you are coming out of another.


Assignment

Plug phone outside of bedroom.

Tomorrow morning 5 second rule and get out of bed.
