Day 13: morning routine--Part #2

This one was pretty quick. Mel reiterated the points on having a good morning routine, and making sure your phone is not part of it. Here is the break down:

First 10-30 min of the day. That time is reserved for you. No phone

No TV

No Radio

No outside world input.

Just give those to your dreams.


WHAT TO DO IN THE 10-30 MIN!?

There is a 5 second Journal…should have been one of the items in the downloads. Get that, because we will work on that tomorrow.

Tomorrow is about the journaling method.
