Day 14: Wake up Energized

This one was a short one…but the focus was on the Journal (link to get it below).

What you do at the beginning of the day will set you up for the rest of the day?

FOR ME

I already have a journaling format, but this one has a lot of short focuses that can very much help get into it. I normally put in my journal where I am if I am journaling outside of the home.

It helps you gauge how you feel, what you want to commit to today, gratitude, and plan for the day.

I may actually start incorporating this after I come back from Switzerland, actually.

I will be taking a break from Mindset Reset until I get back from Switzerland.
