Day 15: Get Productive in the Morning

Sorry, it’s been a while!
Today was about developing the habits to be productive in the morning.

We walk through life with a filter we have built around us. And this filter only allows us to see they way we built it. So if we have built a negative filter, we only see negative and if we have something positive happen to us, the filter makes us question it.

Identify the filter you see life through, remove it.

The morning is where it all it begins.

Please make sure you have 10 min to look into your dreams.

Once that is done, do your journaling.

  1. Make sure you start with assessing your mood. Depleted or Energized? Explain why.

  2. To feel even more energized….what do you do? (Boosting it).

  3. Top project today

  4. This project matters to me, why?

  5. What is one small action I can do to move forward?

  6. Brain dump section
