83: Exhausted, but decently chill

Definitely taking a lot less pictures than I had done in the past. A big part of it is location and things I am interested in taking pictures of, and the other part is that I am really focused on getting this apartment decluttered.

The past two days I went to OrangeTheory Fitness. We had a shoulder day today and it nearly killed me in a good way. I am so wreck tired though. I may take a nap after I write this. I have no idea. I know I am going to feel this tomorrow.

But hey…..at least I am stylish.

I did get out some though and took some pictures of some pretty flowers along the path.

I have successfully tracked both my spending and eating the past day and this morning. I think I under estimated what I spend on groceries. But at this point, I am trying to see what my habits are. I am doing some restricting in the meantime. Well….restricting as in looking at prices or calories (depending on the app) and deciding on other choices. Not feeling and deprived though. In terms of calories, I am finding myself looking at chocolatey items and thinking about how many calories they are and that I can’t have them. That is the attitude I am trying to hone in on….because I don’t want to feel deprived. I rather want to feel like I have the choice and I actually happily choose not to have them. This is kind of the same with exercise. It is that want to make it something that I can feel it reduces the stress instead of causes it. That is why I really like Orange Theory. The classes are always different. They set up the exercises and goals, and it is up to you if you want to strive to hit them or if you want to take it easier. They have encouragement along the way and you are always moving. I really like it.

I tried yoga as well. I want to do it a couple more times before I make a decision on that.

In the meantime, I am hoping to get my youtube videos done that I need to finish up…and back to my art. I am hoping I don’t turn organizing and cleaning into the excuse not to do any art. Fingers crossed.

I finally did the cat area and got that all cleaned and organized. I want to handle the containers next. :) The living room is SO CLOSE to being in order. I am going to wait until I get my shipment in from Japan before I start making the areas into permanent workable spaces. Well…..as permanent as an apartment is. lol.
