Day 18: Worrying

Worrying and the impact of anxiety.

Be a deliberate thinker

When you are thinking about things over and over and over about things you do not have control or may never happen, this is a bad thing.

When you have a worry….make sure you are not on autopilot….check out video #2….autopilot vs. deliberate thinking.

Video #4: Think this, not that. That is where you can take that worry and start to really direct your thoughts.

Worry about a test, will not change the test. But worrying, will tax your body’s immune system.

SO REALLY… continue on revising and practicing the deliberate-ness when negative thoughts start to creep into your mind.
