Day 17: Q & A

One question was about how someone eats to make themselves feel better.

Part of the Mindset Reset is to recognize the patterns in your life.

You need to be willing to spot a limiting belief.

If you feel unworthy….Write down a list that makes you feel unworthy

IF I FEEL THIS…..

THEN I WILL DO….

Example: If I feel myself reaching for shitty food, then I will take a walk.

There were a couple other questions that did not really pertain to me….but the above did. :)
